A 20 year old male driver came to opd wit complaints of  1) Fever since 2days  2) Vomiting since 6hrs HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS Patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 days back then he developed fever which is not associated with chills and rigors and relieved with medication.
