A 20 YEAR OLD MALE CAME WITH FEVER AND VOMITING

A 20 year old male driver came to opd wit complaints of  1) Fever since 2days  2) Vomiting since 6hrs HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS Patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 days back then he developed fever which is not associated with chills and rigors and relieved with medication. An 80-year-old male resident of Kamanpet was admitted with complaints of  1) Acute urinary retention for past 24 hrs. 2) Fecal retention for the past 24 hours.
